Vehicle Markup
We have customized our own vehicle mark up sheet for repairs.
This goes hand in hand with our final quality check on completion of repairs.
All vehicles are imaged on arrival at our workshop and marked up. If there is any
non related damage on the vehicle, that also is marked up and imaged.
All vehicles include a full body quality and safety check to identify items that might
need attention at service time. All vehicles cannot proceed to the next department until the foreman is satisfied
with the repairs and signs off on the quality check.

Panel Beating
Our panel shop can manage a variety of work, from malicious damage through to the
most extensive body repairs. (With ten panel beaters nothing is impossible.)
We have the latest body aligning equipment, including factory type spot-welders to
restore vehicles to their original condition.
The measuring and aligning system we use is Car-o-Liner. This equipment is regularly
maintained and we are kept up to date with any new products, technology and
procedures from Car-o-Liner.

Paint-less Dent Removal
Paint less Dent is the art of removing damage caused by hail, parking dents, wear and
tear without having to paint the vehicle.
We have a dedicated workshop for Paint less Dent Repairs and training. We offer full
training with accreditation on completion.
Since the introduction of this method we are able to repair more vehicles rather than
paint and replace therefore restoring vehicle to its original condition.
This technique is also used in conventional repairs and helps reduce body paintwork
and keeps labor costs down.
We are able to manage any major hail event anywhere in Australia with up to forty
technicians being at the storm area within twenty four hours ready to work.
-
Plastic Repairs
This is new technology developed to repair body plastic.
Repair rather than replace reducing high cost of parts replacement.
Examples: Bumper Bars, Head Lamps, Park Lamps, Grilles & Body Molds.
By increasing the size of this operation, we intend to intensify the training of
selected staff to carry out these repairs. We are always looking for new
technologies to improve this procedure.
-
Mechanical Repairs
All mechanical repairs are carried out on site, as we have four licensed motor
mechanics to perform the required repairs.
Mechanical can consist of suspension damage, front end damage, engine
damage including the resetting of on-board computer systems.
On completion of work, vehicles are road tested and put through a complete
quality and safety check.

imperfections in the paint work.
We continually take advantage of our paint manufacturers training. As the

advantage of what is on offer.
